WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT
Click on the link above to access the Accident/Incident form. This form should be used to report all accidents involving: Students, Visitors, and Employees. It should also be used to report all facility/building damages, personal property damages, etc.
All forms must be submitted to the Office of Risk Management.
In case of an emergency, seek medical assistance immediately.
